Product Terms and Conditions
Our System is a Travel Technology Online Booking platform for B2B travel agents which allows Travel Agents to generate their own mid Office, B2B and B2C on Saas based model for Flight and Hotels.
However, any additional requirement is handled as per "Enterprise terms" and the customer is advised to use Request a Quote for the same.
In such cases we have rights to reject any such request or to acept the request and upgrade the customer system from Saas to Enterprise based on terms and consitions agreed mutualy under a separate contract.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
www.genxesolutions.com for its Saas based product has the following cancellation policy.
* Free refund/cancellation within first 7 days of sign up for the product.
* After 7 days, customer can cancel any time within next 30 days and only the first month subscription fees will be deducted.
* For customers signing up for B2B and/or B2C services as well, 50% of the initial paid amount will be refunded within first 30 days after expiry of the free trial perios of 7 days.
* After first paid month no refunds will be possible.
* Subscription can be cancelled any time and only the current month subscription will be charged in full. No further subscription charges will be applied
* In case a customer wants to reactivaate his subscription, he can do the same within 3 months of the subscription expiry. After this no subscription will be reactivated and all customer subscription data will be erased.
Mode of Refund
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Availability
The products and services displayed on the Site may not be available for purchase in your particular country or locality. The reference to such products and services on the
Site does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time in your particular geographical location.
